On the work front, Shahid Kapoor is waiting for the release of his next historical drama, Padmavati and will start shooting of Shree Narayan Singh’s Batti Gul Meter Chalu. And from what we hear, Mira has approved the movie’s script. A source revealed to the daily, “Mira absolutely loved the Batti Gul script and after she read it, she told Shahid that this was the film for him. She believes in the script and Shahid, who also took keen interest in the project then, immediately decided to sign it.”
